On Tuesday the 7th of February a group of very brave P6/7s went to represent St Mary’s at the Stirling schools cross country. There were over 350 people taking part in the event, from over 20 schools. The course consisted of 2 laps, one big lap one small lap. First up was the primary 6 boys Murdo dug in deep and did a great run. Near the finishing area there was a steep and super muddy hill. Lots of people took a tumble in the mud but luckily no one was hurt! Next up Ailis, Jade, Molly and Madeline ran for the P6 girls they all ran really well and ended up very muddy! In 4th place was Cameron, Fin and Jonathan also ran an amazing run finishing within 2 places of each other! The final race was the P7 girls. Our racer was Catriona she was very proud of her run and so was everyone else. After the race we took a very muddy and wet team selfie!
